We just stayed 3 days at Jack Pines resort on the tail end of our honeymoon and couldn’t recommend it enough. We found it through a Google search and decided based on price + reviews, we were not disappointed. Our sawmill cabin was clean, roomy, and wonderfully decorated. The resort grounds were clean and beautiful. We appreciated the lights and landscape and truly felt we were somewhere that cares about their guests and facilities. The game room and theater are great, hot tub & sauna were phenomenal, and cookhouse was delicious. We also rented an ATV and price was decent, especially compared to others in the area, and staff was helpful with trails and an app to use. We can’t wait to come back and bring our 7 kids, we were already making plans while we were there.
We LOVED our stay at Jack Pines Resort! We stayed in the Alaska cabin! Beautiful cabin, scenery, lodge, lots of activities for kids - hot tub and sauna! We will definately be returning next year - and staff soooo friendly and helpful - WONDERFUL place! My 2 grandkids did NOT want to leave!! Thank you for all your hard work in making this place a peaceful and beautiful place to stay!
We parked our travel trailer (thus I didn't review rooms as we didn't stay in a cabin) in the short term area. Delightful stay! Clean bathrooms and showers, there was a game room, little movie theater, sauna. We didn't get to try the restaurant while there. It was the perfect location to launch our intended visit to Tamarac Natl Wildlife Refuge. Would stay again! AND..... bonus.... there's a campground cat.
We enjoyed our getaway to Jack Pines Resort. We stayed in the Jack Frost cabin & it was very comfortable & clean. We enjoyed a small campfire one night & the hot tub another night. Very relaxing & peaceful setting. We didn’t have an opportunity to eat dinner at the cookhouse but breakfast was delicious. We appreciated the coffee pots, fridge & microwave in the rooms. There was quick access to the trails and we had a great time exploring! We will definitely return!
Beautiful property, well kept and clean. The staff were all very nice and helpful. They could use a little more lighting on the paths at night, but otherwise an enjoyable experience. The trails were well maintained and fun to hike on.
We had a great stay at Jack Pine's resort. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, the cookhouse was fast and the food was great. Our room was comfortable and clean, and access to the trails was close and easy. The resort was overall quiet and peaceful, and the other campers were friendly. The rental machines were very nice, and when I had a minor oopsie with my tire they were very understanding and quick to help and get me riding again. My family look's forward to coming back!
The staff is friendly, the cabins were impressive, and conveniently located on all the trails. My group loved that the cookhouse was right on site and we could relax without having to leave the grounds. Jack Pines never disappoints. The owners are fantastic, no question is a bother and the staff is always helpful.
We stayed at Jack Pines Resort recently, when they hosted a book launch party for the beautiful, locally published literary journal, The Talking Stick. From the lovely little Jack Frost cabin, to the covered walkways (sparkling with twinkle lights at night) the beautiful event center, to the marvelous Cookhouse dining room, the resort had everything we needed for a perfect, too-short stay! Management was kind and accommodating of our every wish and need. We recommend Jack Pines Resort highly!
